Maintenance and dissemination of time & frequency standard

    (a) The International Atomic Time (TAI), and the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) are obtained from a combination of data from about 230 atomic clocks kept by 60 laboratories spread woldwide. In order to contribute to TAI and UTC made by BIPM and to inspect agreement between our SI second and that of other laboratories, the atomic time scale of NRLM based on commercial clocks has been compared usually by GPS time receivers.
    (b) The domestic traceability of time & frequency is not definitely framed to date, and is now being discussed on realization.
