The vibration pick-ups have widely used for improvement of vibration instruments, measurements of earthquake and environmental pollution and so on. We have been established the vibration standards in the region of 0.5Hz to 25kHz, namely up to an acceleration of 3km/s2. As the traceability system was legally defined by the Measurement Law in 1993, we must establish the calibration system based on ISO 5347-0 for international mutual accreditation. A sinusoidal vibration is generated by an electrodynamic vibration generator. The displacement amplitude and frequency of vibration are simultaneously measured by the laser interferometer and the frequency counter, respectively. These two data allow to calculate a vibration acceleration. A sensitivity of pick-up is defined by the ratio of output voltage of calibrated pick-up and a vibration acceleration. We have rebuilt two vibration calibration systems for low frequency (0.1`300Hz) and middle-high frequency(5Hz`25kHz).
